Colorado Association of School Boards has used The Broadmoor for our annual convention for 43 years. We've been able to consistently grow our convention through the use of Broadmoor Hall and “Connection” hotels in the area. Our 1,000 plus attendees are easily accommodated by The Broadmoor Hotel and shuttle service makes it convenient for our overflow guests to get to and from sessions. The new Broadmoor Hall has added elegance, increased usability and choice helping us provide a better product to our attendees and vendors. Since our sleeping room requirements were in excess of the number of sleeping rooms available at Broadmoor, we utilized several additional hotel properties in the city to house our overflow. Guests who booked close to the event dates were understanding of the need to book at the Connection hotels. CableLabs provided a small shuttle (24 passenger) to run constantly between Broadmoor and the Connection properties, allowing guest to have immediate access to transportation between properties.
